The 2025 F1 season will see a host of new names arrive onto the grid, with six drivers set to embark on their first full-time season in the sport.
To mark this exciting moment, a new documentary on F1 TV – Rookies – takes a closer look at this new generation of talent bursting onto the scene, following the stories of several of those about to step up to Formula 1.
From reigning Formula 2 champion Gabriel Bortoleto to Mercedes’ teenage protégé Kimi Antonelli, the film hears from the latest arrivals on the grid as they prepare to make their debuts in 2025.
Other shows to recently land on F1 TV include the latest series of Tech Talk Retro – which takes a look at how some of the most iconic cars in F1 history changed the sport – and Boldest Innovations, a deep dive into the most remarkable feats of engineering ever seen in Formula 1.
Also available is F1 Icons, which tells the exhilarating stories of legendary drivers of the past, and Greatest Comebacks, a delve into the archives that showcases some of F1’s most inspirational tales of determination and courage.
Additionally, depending on where you are in the world, an F1 TV subscription will unlock thousands of hours of further exclusive shows, highlights and race replays alongside live F1, F2 and F3 coverage.
