Mathilda Paatz, Aston Martin Aramco Driver Academy & F1 ACADEMY Driver: "I’m really excited for the first F1 ACADEMY race in Shanghai. I can’t wait to jump into the car, hit the track and work with the team. This will be my first time in China racing and the track is challenging but really fun, so let’s see how it goes and how I feel in the car. There are many opportunities coming up and I can’t wait to meet the whole Aston Martin Aramco team trackside, as well as be in the F1 paddock. It’s going to be my first time watching a Formula 1 race trackside which I’m super excited for. I’m feeling pretty confident and calm, but of course there are some nerves as I want to score those first few points. I don’t really know what to expect but I’m excited to find out and race alongside all the other drivers.”
